You who are employed or in other way active at the Department of Medical Sciences, and would like to obtain a university user account and a medsci e-mail address applies by submitting the form with the relevant information. To access UpUnet this application is mandatory. When the application has been approved and an account has been created, a notice will be sent to the private/alternative e-mail address. To activate the account you will need a one-time-only code that can be picked up at one of several receptions at the University. You need to bring an ID, and this code will only be valid for 4h.
